We are improving the way your online ticketing account works between 20:00 on Tuesday 14 May and 06:00 on Wednesday 15 May. If you use an Oyster card, you will not be able to access your online account during this time. You will still be able to top up and manage your Oyster card via the Oyster and Contactless app, Ticket Stops or ticket machines across the network. You can continue to use your Oyster card for travel. The Oyster part of your online account will be available from 06:00 on Wednesday 15 May.
